Failed to install Qt 6.2.4 online installer on Ubuntu 22 : process freeze

Everything is in the title.
I've firstly tried to install qt 6.2.4 opensource from the online installer on a Debian 11.5 Virtual Machine.
The installer always hangs in the same task:

"Installing component Desktop gcc 64 bit).

Then I have freshly installed an Ubuntu 22 (Virtual Machine).
I have installed the necessary packages before...still the same error.

Has anyone aready experienced this annoying issue ?

Please increase the number of CPU's for your machine to at least two (see QTBUG-105705).
