<![CDATA[What is my next step ?]]>After successfully completing changing subproject to library and adding it to my main project - I get this error

I have seen this before - not finding the library - but it usually "goes away" after another "build".
Not this time - no build / rebuild /clear helps - still same error.

The path is definitely wrong - but how did it get build that way ?
