What is the best way to Draw Editable Dragable line , polygon , area

I want to load Image as a background and want to draw lines , polygons and areas which can be moveable and also editable with dragging the points on the line .
finally I want to export all drew items to a file. etc.
Is there any example ? what is the best way to do this.
