    Hi,

    I installed Qt 5.12 with creator ver 8.0 on Windows 7 64 bit machine. i have already installed VS2019 community edn.
    Now, when i start Qt creator 8.0 it gives a error message: "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000005)" and it fails to open.

    how to solve this problem? please help me.

      update your windows

      Win7 is no longer supported by anyone, not even by Microsoft.

      Alternatively, you'll have to use an older version of QT and QtCreator, something below version 6

        Hi
        If your machine is powerful and has enough ram you can also download a win 10 Vm from Microsoft and do dev in there if
        you old PC cant handle win 10 or you simply hate it.
