Unsolved Display Animated SVG

Hello, I have an application, And i want when the user open the application, i want to display some kind of animated SVG.

The idea of doing that that svg will apear to the user what he must do first ( it's more like short tutorial for a few second or when he click anywhere).

So how can i do that?
