Qt for Android development on Windows 10

Hi everybody! Is there a way to download an offline Qt installer for Android development on Windows platform without having to download additional tools ?

I don't think that any Qt installer provides Android NDK/SDK and what else is needed to build for Android.

Install android -studio for android SDK/NDK.
Never used Qt offline installer. I installed Qt android packages with online installer.
