User made Components Marketplace

Since I am not a very artistic person, I would like to know if there is some sort of marketplace, library for user-made components where I can download or buy for stuffs like: graphic, assets pack,..
For example, Unity has Unity Asset Store where users can share their creations.

There are already various sites that provides lots of content so without more details it's a bit hard to answer.
Also, depending on what you need, you can also hire artists directly.

From the looks of it, you seem to want to use web based elements in classic widget based desktop application which will not work well if you want proper integration with the underlying OS.
