How to get the ALT or Accelerator Key to toggle on a non-native theme

I'm contributing to a program made w/ QT6, each theme is made from QPallete set color method. However, I noticed when I enabled alt key which allows someone to access a menu item for the keyboard, It will not toggle. It will underline and stay underlined. It's normal behavior on unthemed or native.
