App or Device licence

I have a basic question about the type of licence I need. I want to launch a commercial product to the market which uses an Nvidia Jetson device. I developed the control code using Eclipse, and communication SDK , and a user interface in Windows. The Windows GUI is developed with Qt Design and Visual Studio. The user interacts on the Windows GUI, which sends commands via the SDK to the Nvidia computer to execute them.
Which licence applies to this model? The app distribution commercial or the Device licence?

It does sound like you need Qt for Application Development: Professional license because the Qt part of your product is a GUI software that runs on a device that is not dedicated to the application.
