I need to manage bluetooth on Embedded Linux device for connect to bluetooth and transfering files.
There is any Bluetooth library for this?

The list of licences supported by the module is at the bottom of this page. From a quick look, it uses the classic triple licence.

I can't say for sure, as I'm not a layer, nor am I familiar with the convoluted mess, that is Qt licensing, but I think there should be no problem

but are you sure, you don't want to use https://doc.qt.io/qt-5/qtbluetooth-module.html which is a wrapper around bluez ?
