Please next time do not provide a link to an external screenshot, use the last icon on the toolbar (looks like a cloud with an up-arrow in it) to upload a picture directly to this forum, or copy & paste the whole text.

It looks like neither conda nor pyside2-uic are on your PATH, or not installed. So you need to sort that out.
