Installation of 6.3 on OSX Monterey (12.4), XCode 13.2 fails

I get this failure on one machine (another machine succeeds):

Error during installation process (qt.qt6.630.clang_64):
Execution failed (Unexpected exit code: 255): "/Users/xxxx/Qt///Qt Creator.app/Contents/Resources/libexec/sdktool addQt --id qt.qt6.630.clang_64 --name Qt %{Qt:Version} for macOS --type Qt4ProjectManager.QtVersion.Desktop --qmake /Users/xxxx/Qt/6.3.0/macos/bin/qmake"

Any suggestions?

Hi, if you upgrade your Xcode from version 13.2 to version 13.4 do you still get the same error?

Hmm. Command line tools is upgraded to 13.4, but the XCode is still at 13.2. There is a 13.4 release candidate. If I have to, I will try it, but this is a main machine used for other things.

Another machine installed ok, so I may just copy the files over.
