Visual Studio 2019 installs really old version

Found my way to this video to get Qt working under Windows 10, Visual Studio 2019At time 1:13 the host is trying to install Qt Visual Studio Tools. To the right is a descriptive panel. It shows the version is 2.5.2.1. That is the same version I get. I am pretty sure that version was out of date long before VS 2019 was released.
I looked and searched but was not able to get a later version. Version 6 is out, but even version 5 would be much better than 2.5.
What can I do to get Version 6 to be added to Visual Studio? -

According to https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=TheQtCompany.QtVisualStudioTools-19123 latest Qt Visual Studio Tools is 2.8.1.6.
