License not found

Hi,
I recently inherited a QT4 project from 2017 with a current valid license attributed to the business I am working for.
When I try to open the QT, I get license not found even though I checked the account and its valid until sept 2022.
I'm looking at the license in https://account.qt.io/licenses.

How can refresh the license details as per the QT account website on this development box?
