I mean Qt is installed with Qt-Creator, not qt-creator alone, Because, Qt-creator7.0 must be installed for an online installation and cannot be optional

I don't understand this.
If you want a previous version of QtCreator you have to download it manually from the location I gave you. -

Usually, there is no reason to use an older version of QtCreator. The version number of QtCreator is not the version number of Qt. You can use any version of Qt with the newest version of QtCreator.
