OS X on Montery - Qt Creator - Running Apps and File Access

Somehow, when I run an App from Qt Creator on Montery (Qt 6.2.4), the compiled app runs fine, but I must keep giving it permission to write files on my 'Documents' folder. Each write action triggers the operation system hook. OS X does not "remember" I'm giving permission.
Does anyone have a solution for this behaviour?
