@sersver00 You just need to click on "Download the Qt Online Installer" just bellow "Looking for Qt binbaries?".

@jsulm The problem is that there are sanctions against Russia. But the Internet is a difficult thing and I am in Ukraine. Apparently I was unlucky :(

If you're in Ukraine you should not be affected by sactions against Russia.
