Is anyone interested in implementing Matter Protocol over OpenThread?
-
The Matter Protocol seems to have been massively adopted by all tech giants for home automation and smart devices in general.
I would like to have support in Qt to create such smart devices and and talk to them from a PC or a tablet. So, is anyone working on implementing the Matter Protocol in Qt/C++?
Let me know.

Everything I found was marketing. The relevant web site is resistant to common folk just accessing API information. Presumably they want to extract a fee for access to their, "proprietary, royalty-free home automation connectivity standard," or it simply isn't there to be had.
From an independent site's FAQ, "The first matter devices are not expected before fall 2022." Also from that page, "Around 2000 engineers and software developers worldwide are currently working on the standard. One result of this collaboration is the software code, which is open source and freely accessible to everyone (link)."
