    Sorry for bad english.
    So I recently received a new update. After installation, I got a bunch of errors.
    Basically when I open a project (by .pro file) QTCreator gives project wrong name (instead of the project name its the path of the .pro file)
    alt text

    Some things broke because of this, such as the build project, so it has to be fixed manually, which is annoying

    alt text
    How can I solve this problem?

      @BITniki
      Are you sure you opened the sample.pro file for the project? It looks like you somehow got a directory instead....

        @JonB
        I'm double cliked .pro file
        interesting fact: if qt was closed and I open it by double clicking on the .pro file, qt gives the project a normal name

        And if its not hard for you, give me reputation pls. Forum block my messages for 10 min.

          I don't know the answer, but I suspect someone will ask you for your version of Qt Creator? (Some Help > About or whatever from with Creator.) It may not be relevant, but you might as well tell us your version of Qt too.

          UPDATE
          Try what @jsulm says below first!

            @BITniki Try to delete the *.pro.user file before openning the project.

                Update:
                if I open the project with "File" > "Open File or Project" it works well
