I'm using Qt 5.15.8 on my work and currently attempting to move to wayland. However, I faced the problem: for some reason icon for any windows in my applications can not be set, window always displays default wayland icon (W in orange circle). Setting QT_QPA_PLATFORM=xcb works around this, but running on wayland natively is preferable. I'm using KDE wayland session:
    Operating System: Fedora Linux 35
    KDE Plasma Version: 5.23.5
    KDE Frameworks Version: 5.90.0
Qt Version: 5.15.2 //This is system Qt, I'm developing and testing applications using separately installed one
    Graphics Platform: Wayland
Graphics Processor: Mesa Intel® UHD Graphics

      Hi,

Since you have 5.15.8, it means you have a commercial licence so you should contact the Qt Company about that matter.
