Figma Bridge - Getting started

I am trying to import assets using Figma bridge, however the export takes forever and I don't know what to expect out of it. In the documentation it tells the bridge archive its output. But i can't find where it is located. And there is no explanation on how to import it into the designer.

I guess it might be obvious, but I am blocked.
