"Sessions" cloning ?

Does cloning session creates copy of the project ?
Ac tally a link to documentation would be a start - "clone " / "rename " / "delete" .

No it does not. A session is the current Qt Creator, settings, opened files, opened projects, etc.
You would clone these settings.
