In Qt Creator "Design editor", how to nudge in grid view by 1px?

Not sure what it is officially called, but when you're visually editing dialog resources, and you have a layout in "Grid" mode, using the arrow keys nudges by 10px (or some multiplier).

How do i shut that off so i'm nudging by 1px? (widgets placed BEFORE i switched to grid mode don't line up with widgets placed AFTER)
