Where can I download 32-bit QT6 for windows

Qt does not provide pre-compiled 32bit binaries, you have to compile them by your own.

If you need a 32 bit per-compiled version, why not using Qt 5.xx?
Do you really need Qt 6.x?

AFAIK: Qt 6 requires Windows 10 or higher (cf https://doc.qt.io/qt-6/windows.html)
