QT Online installer is slow

After Read posts in qt forums here, I found out this problem is so old but still exist.
I tried all OS, but the results are same, I change ISP too but no effect at all.
In macOS slow.
Windows and Linus are the same.

Please, By that speed It needs one week to download

I tried refresh installer (Mine is 4.1.1)
