Configure Qt for yocto on windows 10

Hi all,
I am a total beginner to linux and embedded linux, trying to configure Qt on win 10, to cross compile for yocto on a garz & fricke system.
I don't really understand how to integrate the SDK in Qt for windows, or even if I need to...
unfortunately the Garz & Fricke manual only describes the configuration on a linux version of Qt.
any help would be welcome.
