Access to a included property

Hi guys,
i have a Globals.qml file (pragma Singleton) which is included in main.qml
From main.qml I need to access to a property inside Globals.qml because I have to extends that property adding a signal and related function defined in main.qml.
I am not be able to do that.
Could you help me ? -
How are you trying to do it?
And what do you mean by extending the property?
