Qt Creator Plugin for Qt Application Manager

Hello

I want to use and test Qt Application manager in QtCreator and Ubuntu machine. I also want to run Hello world example: https://doc.qt.io/QtApplicationManager/applicationmanager-applicationmanager-hello-world-example.html

But where to find and download: Qt Creator Plugin for Qt Application Manager ?? It is very hard to find it.

Is that in https://doc.qt.io/QtAutomotiveSuite/qtas-install.html ?? But i don't want to install all, only the plugin.

Or where comes QtApplicationManager.SystemUI or QtApplicationManager.Application for importing in QML-files?

This Qt Creator Plugin may need some extra license (but i don't know i need it)?
