Is anybody else seeing flaky error messages concerning permission errors on /dp/ ?

I have the same problem, any of the downloads from:
http://qt.nokia.com/downloads
such as:
http://qt.nokia.com/downloads/sdk-linux-x11-32bit-cpp-offlineFirst brings up a page that says if your download doesn't start soon click here.
Then scant seconds later brings up a page:
http://www.developer.nokia.com/dp?uri=http://sw.nokia.com/id/8ea74da4-fec1-4277-8b26-c58cc82e204b/Qt_SDK_Lin32_offlineThat says:
"Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /dp on this server."This happens whether I am logged in or not.

Yes, it's happening sometimes. Try refreshing the download page until it works.

Yep, that seemed to do it, reloading the browser cache also helped.

That does not work for me. I've already tried IE and FF.
I'm still getting this message:
"Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /dp on this server."
Any ideas ?

It took me many, many reloads before the download started, Hopefully the bug report will get some attention.
Basic download server this, one would think that Nokia could manage to have it work.

Thanks, I had no clue it was happening to others, I didn't view, figured it was just a recent error happening tonight. However, I logged in, and it worked fine after that, =).
Oh, I take that back, it's now saying Forbidden even logged in, =/. Any alternative sites to get this from?

When i want to download Qt 4.8 the download page appears then redirect me to another page that shows this error:
*Access Denied
You don't have permission to access "http://nds2.fds-forum.nokia.com/p/d/fds_forum/428e0ef9-1cb7-49cf-8ab5-0723f923e70d/Qt_SDK_Win_offline/Qt_SDK_Win_offline_v1_1_4_en.exe" on this server.Reference #18.5dfcd4d9.1326183291.71557b12 *

I just tried and it worked for me. Hmmmm...
Where exactly did you try to download it and where did you click? It looks like you were hitting the SDK download rather than Qt 4.8 standalone libraries. Is that correct?

Yes i clicked the SDK download link, but why i can not download the SDK?

Just go "here":http://qt.nokia.com/downloads and try to download the Offline installer for windows (1.6 GB). Doesn't work for me at this moment. Note that I reached that page (and ended up at the top!) via the download the "resources ":http://developer.qt.nokia.com/resources page where I clicked the download link under Qt, not under Qt SDK.

I can't update my Qt SDK too.
I found below link from "Qt Labs":http://labs.qt.nokia.com/2011/11/08/qt-sdk-1-1-4-update-available to download Qt SDK, but i don't know it's updated Qt SDK or not.

The download service might have done something with your IP range. If you can send me your public IP (check http://www.ripe.net/ - top right) as a private message I can check up on that.

Not sure if it's related, but i keep trying to use SDK maintenance tool to change my configuration, delete some add some and it takes 90 to 100% of both of my dual cores and it just sits there. No progress bar movement, no details. The amount of cpu usage fluctuates between 90 and 100%, but no cd activity, no network activity. I have tried 4 times and let it run for as long as 30 plus minutes. Nada.
Ubuntu 11.10 Linunx.
Also takes 2 trys to cancel and even then it disappears from the desktop but is still running and using 100% of both cpu's. Have to log out then back in to kill the beast.

I had a similar error yesterday when I was trying to download Qt 4.8 libs. When I reached 99% of download, an error appeared: "Download interrupted" or something like that. I got this error two times.
