I basically want to compare Qt4.x and Qt5 but the best I could find was http://developer.qt.nokia.com/groups/qt_contributors_summit/wiki/Qt5ProductDefinition. I'm particularly interested in any new QML features.

No exact list is available. Qt5 is still before feature freeze, and a lot of things change on a daily basis. To get best knowledge, you'll have to follow changes to Qt5 sources and discussions on development mailing list.
