Is it possible to build QtWebEngine of 5.12 with Qt 5.6?

Our application uses Qt 5.6.2 and currently, we have a requirement of using QtWebengine which supports chromium version > 65.x. For this, we choose Qt 5.12.10.
With Qt 5.12.10 we are facing pain issues with the floating dock widget(https://forum.qt.io/topic/128049/child-widgets-inside-a-qdockwidget-not-updated-when-qdockwidget-setfloating-true).
Instead of updating Qt to 5.12.10, can we update Qtwebengine module to 5.12.10 and build Qt.
Is there any way to build qt module with different version of Qt?
The configuration code is different for Qt 5.6 and Qt 5.12 which is blocking me to build. Is there any solution for this?

That is something not recommended even if it can be built. It is very likely that you may not be able to build it since some classes might have been changed. You may have unexpected problems.
