Following Beginner Tutorial But Gettn State Error

Re: Invalid property name "states" (M16).

The above is the error that I am gettn once I set state. I understand that I cannot set state within a window object, but when I replace the window with a rectangle, the GUI does paint.

What should I do? Im using a Mac M1 if that helps.

It is normal practice to post your code, otherwise we are all blind to what you are doing. Invalid property name can be for a multitude of reasons, but without seeing your code, we cannot read minds!
