How to install qtmedia on windows 10?

What I tried:
-- downloaded qt using the online installer. Got version 4.15.0
-- it doesn't have qtmultimedia module (running cmake gives:
)
-- looking at the maintenance tool:
there doesn't seem to be anything related to media tools.
And one more thing, if I have version 6.1.0 installed WHO ON EARTH thought it was a good idea to NOT have the versions in sync?

Which versions?
