Qt and 4K Resolution

Hallo,
I have a huge problem. I changed my second Display to another 4K Display. So both Monitors are now 4K. Now no Qt Application have a GUI. They stopped displaying any Graphical User Interface. They seem to work and Messageboxes appear But the usual GUI disappeared. Only QT is affected. other GUI Libraries work without issues.
Before I had a Display with 2560x1440 and it was without any problems.
Why is QT so problematic with 4K Displays?
