Unknown modules in QT6

Hi,
today I tried to upgrade my QT app from QT5.15 to QT6.1, but unfortunately I give some modules errors.
"Unknown module(s) in QT: multimedia, TextToSpeech"
I know that QTMultimedia hasn't be available in QT6.0, but I readed that will be reintegrate in QT6.1, apparently it's not the case.
It's really problematic, aspecially for TTS module.
Do you know if this modules will be add in a future QT6 release?
If no, how can I replace QTMultimedia and QTTextToSpeech?

Do you really have to switch now to Qt6?
Why not wait until all modules you need are available?

I wanted to try QT6 to see if some accessibility issues has been resolved in this major version.
I'll wait until TTS and multimedia are available.
