Unable to create Qt quick project with Qt6

I have downloaded and installed Qt6 (latest release of open source users) with QtCreator 4.14.2.
My Problem is that, when I want to create a new project, I am not able to create a Qt Quick Application.
I could create "Application (Qt)" with "Qt widgets Application" or "Qt Console Application". But no choice for any Qt Quick Application.

Did this change in Qt6 ? Or did I miss something during installation.

I am running on Windows 10 with Qt 6.0.3.

@FGTA How exactly did you install Qt? Did you use Qt Online Installer?

@jsulm Yes I download it from https://www.qt.io/download
using "Downloads for open source users".

By the way, using the same installation, I choose Qt5.15 and now I am able to create QtQuick projects.
