Install framework remove menu item

Hello,

I recently switched to IFW 4.0 and it has kind of a menu on the left hand side.

I have no licence agreement in my installer but the entry in the menu is still present. It is correctly skipped during the process but i would like to hide it just to avoid any confusion for the end user.

Is there a way to do that ?

Also the last two items "Installing" and "Finished" are not translated , anything i can do about that ?
