boundsBehaviour like Flickables?

Hi guys, Florian from UBports, we are doing the Ubuntu Touch mobile OS. Our browser is based on QtWebEngine, and its a really great experience so far. Thanks for all the work!
One detail is now interesting to us, if we can apply the same effect of bouncing content like with Flickables and their boundsBehaviour property. Because the Browser is the only App on our OS that does not do that right now, so it feels a bit strange.
