    https://www.qt.io/faq/2.7.-can-some-developers-in-our-team-working-on-the-same-project-use-open-source-version-of-qt-and-some-developers-use-commercial-version-of-qt

I am wondering what this means. Lets assume a developer is holding a commercial license. He is working together with other devs which dont have one on a project which is going to be LGPL licensed. Does this mean he can't participate?

@maxwell31 said in License: What does this mean:

a developer is holding a commercial license

But that developer is not going to use a commercial Qt licence, the project you say is LGPL so you won't be using any commercial code, tools, support or anything.

Clearly it would be a different a matter if that developer was proposing to contribute anything from the commercial licence to the code.

      I am not a lawyer.

        Hi,

Nokia is not the owner of Qt anymore since a long time.

As for your questions, you should contact the Qt Company for more information or a lawyer.
