Install qt creator errors after have installed win 10 first time

I have already install win 10 and afterthat i have installed qt creator but it run errors

i don't understand this errors.This is win 10 OS that i installed

Could you please help me ?

But you show an error from Qt installer!
So, the installer is failing, not QtCreator, right?
