Qt 6.1 beta1

Hi to all
I tried to build Qt 6.1.0beta1 in windows(win64), but have got configuration error
Can't locate File/Basename.pm in @INC (you may need to install the File::Basename mdule)
my configuration script is
configure -opensource -confirm-license -release -shared -nomake examples -nomake tests -prefix "E:/Qt/6.1"
