Anyway to parent an existing Layout?

Hello! I'm a student trying to remake a tool I made for Maya but with better interface, I want to parent all my layouts to a Horizontal one witouth losing all my previous work, I'm really sorry if this question is really mundane, I tried googling it up but no positive results :(

I'm sorry for the trouble, in the end I remade my whole Layout Widgets in a new file and just copy/paste the buttons I wanted to keep from my old file.
I feel so derp ^^
