Unsolved Where to download the Qt SDK version 4.*.*

Hello.
To build a single project, I need a version of the Qt SDK and qmake 4.., but unfortunately I can't find this version of the SDK anywhere, there is no such version in the archives, in the Qt Maintenance Tool too.
For Windows 10
How do I solve this problem?

The cloud provider has had some issues and therefore the machines providing the downloads might be incomplete. In between, you can check these archives but they do not have the latest version of Qt 4.8. Otherwise, you can also build it.
