Hi I was download and install latest version of Qt. and i installed full packages of it and installation was success. but i don't know Qt designer can't be install. in my older version, i had it!!

Did you search for "designer" in your installation directory? Maybe it's in another place?
What OS are you on? Windows, Mac, Linux,...

I'm using windows 7 32 bits.
What exactly did you install? The qt sdk? Did you use the online / offline installer?
What installation instructions did you follow?

i was download and install Offline installer - 1.6 GB i installed it full with all features
I hope somebody else can help you. I never used the offline installer myself.
