A few times now I've run across a situation in which it would be nice to include code directly in a sentence, rather than as a separate code block. Is there a way to do this here so that the code doesn't get formatted or wrapped weird?

So I can do some of what I want by simply setting the font-family of the text: %{font-family:monospace}Some monospaced text%. No automatic syntax coloring or linkification, of course, but it's a start.

Which it turns out is more or less the same as using the code tags <code>like this</code>.
