Online installer keeps stalling or timing out

I can't seem to get the installer to complete an install. It keeps hanging at various progress points during preparing meta data download or meta data download. It seems like the server its talking to go unresponsive every once and a while.... Any thoughts to get around the prob? I know there are other mirrors out there, but i can't find a way to get it to select another one....

You may want to check this SO answer about changing the repository in Qt Maintenance Tool. Here is the list of mirrors

The offline installer for Qt 5.14.2 is at http://download.qt.io/archive/qt/5.14/5.14.2/

The download process is split into 2 phases:
- Download metadata from https://download.qt.io/
- Download actual files from a mirror
Metadata is not obtained from a mirror
