QtWebEngine without audio and video

Most my time surfing on the internet, i spend it reading only text and i'm not that interested in media content. i was thinking that it will be nice if i can build my self a small browser that only renders text and images without all the overhead of the media files.
Is there a way to completely disable audio and video in the QtWebEngine, so they can not be played or streamed at all ?
If yes, i will be very glad to read how.
