How can I use the QT libraries to build an actual web browser as an animated image that can be put into a 3D environment (game engine)

I want to put a computer that I have designed in Blender (3D modeling software) in my 3D environment and impose a real web browser on top of it. So what I want is to be able to return an image object from the internet I also want sound but that has to be stored in an array. Of course I need to have routines for the keyboard and mouse. I haven't even got into the OpenGL support, but I am sure I can handle it. This is all so that my Machine Learning agent has content to learn from.
Could someone help me with a minimal example?
