Install qt 5.15.1 in my system

Hi , I am trying to install qt 5.15.1 in my system and I was unable to get the exe installer (offline download ) .Is there any ? Thanks for the help in advance

What is that system? Do you really need offline installer? As far as I know offline installer are now only available for paying customers.
