QLowEnergyController with error: AuthorizationError

i tried to connect my device to an android phone. but i got AuthorizationError error from QLowEnergyController. what is meaning of this error? and when does it happen? -

Since no one else has replied: if you connect some device to your phone, do you have to do something to give permission to access that device to individual applications under Android?
